The photo shows what is the quality of the food and the cleanliness of this place. Food full of wasps and noone from the staff cares. This is dangerous.

Hasn't been here in a long time. As usual, I ordered a fish baguette. The price had risen from 2.75 to 2.99 euros. Well. When I got home, I noticed that it had become smaller or narrower. Well, I bit into the baguette bread and it tasted a bit dry. Thought the mayonnaise wasn't lubricated at this point. However, they had even saved because there was almost no mayonnaise on the baguette. Sad how they rip off customers.

terrific breakfast-brunch phenomenal

The goods are mostly freshly baked. Especially in the morning it is constantly refilled. Here you can buy a sandwich or confectionery for a quick breakfast before work or in between meals. There is also coffee from the coffee machine with fresh beans.

The counters were full of bees and flies, everything was dirty, full of junkies, all seats were occupied by junkies and people who didn't even eat anything. The most disgusting bakery at the main train station

Worst Back factory I've been to. Dirty, a myriad of Bees turned over the sweets without anyone ever checking. The quality of the coffee also seemed low to me.I have been to other Back factories in Germany (Berlin, Hannover) but this really damages the name of this chain which in my opinion is excellent. I advise those in charge to check out this branch. I add that it is the second time I come here is the same: Dirty !!

Very good pastries, great price and pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, there were bees everywhere during my visit, which besieged the pastries. Understandably, the employees cannot do much there, but it is still very unsanitary. That's why a star is subtracted.

The cocoa and the beef sausage were delicious. Unfortunately very crowded and the toilets with 50 cents fee too expensive. I am happy to pay 50 cents, but not if they are not clean!

Plain awful coffee fir 1.69€

At the top it looks like Back Factory. Simple, full and loud. But downstairs, the toilets are worse. If you already 50ct. I have to spend at least that everything is clean and the paper and the soap is filled up. Unfortunately this is not so. The stench is so much the worse and while running it sticks under your feet.

You will find fresh food every time you visit this place. Lack of sitting place is why i am giving 4 stars, other than that absolutely perfect.

It is a very good place to have breakfast or a quick meal. Good quality and really inexpensive. People working there are súper nice. I'm really gonna miss Back Factory!!! Amazing place!!!!

Sausages and bread from EUR 1.8. We can enjoy German-like meal. Coffee is delicious for every order. The toilet is chip type. Recommended at Frankfurt station.

Nice place to have breakfast and snack. But u have to pay to use the toilet.

Very unhygienic and unclean! Stay away! The toilets cost 50Cents entrance but are obviously never cleaned throughout the day.

A variety of bread styles are very good, just baked very good and very fragrant. If you go too late, you should pick some bread with sugar skin or less water and less filling. Coffee beans are not bad, not too sour or too bitter. Standard level. Sometimes you may need to bring a wet wipe to wipe the table or hand. Toilets are also standard. But sometimes it is a bit sparse to clean. In short, it is a good place to take a temporary break.

Of course the food quality is not the best but this place suits well for moments when you don’t have time or waiting for a train and you’re hungry. “Okay”-coffee with “okay” sandwiches. Toilet is not free though.

Toilets are dirty. Even if you ordered something and you have to pay 0,50 cts for use of the WC. They should advertise it. Next time i will go somewhere else if i need toilets...At least coffee is a good value.
